The book that I'm recommending is called Eragon. The book is written by Christopher Paolini. I'd mostly recommend it to the more advanced readers in the class, but don't let that stop you from reading it!  I liked it because it has dragons, there are a lot of battles, and because it takes place in the era where people fought with swords and spears.

My book is Les Miserable. The story is written by Victor Hugo. The story is about Jean Valjean, a former convict. Shortly after he was released, he was taken in by the town bishop. Worried that he would be turned in, Jean Valjean took the Bishop's silver and fled. In the morning, he was captured and taken to the Bishop, claiming that he gave it to him. The Bishop said yes and gave him 2 more silver...

I read a really good book called 11 Birthdays by Wendy Mass. I really liked the book because there are some things in the book that can't happen in real life. Like stopping time, for example. This book is a great book. You should also read some other books by Wendy Mass, too.

I REALLY liked Matilda by; Raold Dahl It was like a trip in a differnt world where anything but books matter and where your dad only cares about his new T.V. set you know something has gone wrong. I really liked it and if you are the type of person who likes half funny and half disturbing books, this is the one. If you like it post it to me or just tell me.
